We accept returns for all new, unused merchandise ordered on Work.Danner.com and provide free return shipping on all orders placed within the United States.
To return your order, follow these steps:
- Sign into your account and look for your purchase order number (as printed on the packing slip inside your box) in the Orders & Returns section of your account. Click View Order.
- Click the Create a Return button.
- Click on the item(s) from the order you would like to return and follow the prompts to generate your free return shipping label.
- Pack your merchandise in the original packaging, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized service center for the courier. Be sure to ask for a shipping receipt for proof of drop off, should your package get lost in transit.
Defective/Damaged Boot Return
If you are returning a product that has been used, it will be evaluated once received. If deemed defective, we will issue a store credit or refund, depending on the original place of purchase. Click here for more information on warranty returns.

If you purchased from a Danner store, please either call or go back to the store for returns.
Purchased from Authorized Retailers
If you purchased from an authorized Danner dealer, please return your items to the original place of purchase.
